Congress Architect – Kullanım Koşulları

Uygulama, Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) kapsamında lisanslanır: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Ek olarak aşağıdaki koşullar geçerlidir.

1. İçerik sorumluluğu

Tasarımlara eklediğiniz metin, logo, görsel, katılımcı ve sponsor bilgilerinin kullanım hakkına sahip olduğunuzdan siz sorumlusunuz. Üçüncü kişilere ait logo, isim ve görselleri izinsiz kullanmayın.

2. Şablonlar ve görseller

Uygulamadaki şablonlar, arka plan görselleri ve yazı tipleri, uygulamada oluşturduğunuz tasarımlarda kullanılmak üzere lisanslanır; ayrı olarak satılamaz veya dağıtılamaz.

3. Abonelik (uygulama içi satın alma sunulduğunda)

• Congress Architect Premium aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur. Fiyat, satın alma öncesinde App Store'da gösterilir.
• Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan alınır.
• Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve ücretle otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
• Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve otomatik yenilemeyi kapatabilirsiniz.
• İadeler Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir. Satın alımlarınızı Ayarlar > Satın Alımları Geri Yükle ile geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
• Abonelik sona erdiğinde verileriniz silinmez; Premium özelliklere erişim kısıtlanır ve abonelik yenilendiğinde yeniden açılır.

4. Baskı

Dosyaları baskıya göndermeden önce ölçüleri, metinleri, logoları ve kesim paylarını kontrol etmek kullanıcıya aittir. Baskı sonuçlarından doğan zararlardan Dijital Matrix sorumlu tutulamaz.

The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In addition:

1. Your content

You are responsible for having the rights to all texts, logos, images, participant and sponsor data you add. Do not use third-party logos, names or images without permission.

2. Templates and imagery

Templates, background images and fonts are licensed for use in designs created with the app and may not be sold or distributed separately.

3. Subscription (when in-app purchase is offered)

• Congress Architect Premium is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The price is shown in the App Store before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. You can restore purchases in Settings > Restore Purchases.
• When a subscription ends, your data is not deleted; access to Premium features is limited and returns when you renew.

4. Printing

You are responsible for checking sizes, texts, logos and bleed before printing. Dijital Matrix is not liable for printing results.
